These terms govern your use of ShePoses. Please read them carefully — using the app means you accept them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ShePoses, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use ShePoses. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your Content & Photos
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the images ShePoses generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your photos solely to provide the pose-transfer feature (including sending them to our AI processing provider, Runware) and to store your results in your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only photos of yourself or people who have consented. Do not upload images containing multiple people where consent is unclear, nor any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Do not use the app to impersonate others or create misleading imagery.
5. AI-Generated Results
Results are produced by an automated AI model (Runware, using OpenAI GPT Image 2.5 Flare) and may not be perfect or accurate. They are provided as-is for personal, creative use. You are responsible for how you use or share generated images.
6. Subscriptions, Generation Packs & Payments
ShePoses is currently iPhone-only. Premium access is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions billed by the Apple App Store: Weekly ($9.99/week, 15 AI generations per week) and Annual ($79.99/year, 50 AI generations per month — eligible new subscribers get 3 days free, then the regular annual price). A monthly plan ($19.99/month, 40 AI generations per month) remains available for existing subscribers. One-time Generation Packs are also available and do not auto-renew: S ($2.99 for 20 generations), M ($5.99 for 50 generations), and L ($9.99 for 100 generations). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Unused generations do not roll over unless stated at purchase. Prices above are in USD; your App Store storefront may show local currency.
7. Intellectual Property
The ShePoses name, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding or code.
8. Termination & Account Deletion
You may stop using ShePoses at any time. You can delete your account and associated photos from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
ShePoses is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes & Contact
