ShePoses is an iPhone app with one job: take a pose you saved and put it on your photo. New pose, same you.
What ShePoses is
ShePoses is an iPhone app that transfers a pose from a reference photo onto your own selfie or full-body photo. You import a pose from Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest, add your photo, and AI rebuilds you in that pose in about 30 seconds. Your face, identity, skin tone, outfit, jewelry, and background stay yours — only the pose changes.
Who it is for
ShePoses is for people who save poses from their feed and then freeze when it is their turn in front of the camera. It is built for selfies, dating photos, and everyday photo dumps — not for trying on someone else's clothes or replacing your face.
What it is not
ShePoses is not pose.ai. The App Store listing is Pose AI : ShePoses (app id 6789862513); pose.ai is a separate product and company. ShePoses is not a photo editor, not a beauty filter, and not a free exploration app — a subscription is required to generate. It is iPhone-only and needs iOS 16.4 or later.
How photos are handled
You own your photos. Uploads are processed only to generate the result and store it in your library. Face data here means ordinary photo imagery of a face — not Face ID, TrueDepth, or biometric templates. Generation runs through Runware (OpenAI GPT Image 2.5 Flare). In-app consent happens before any photo is sent. Delete Account in Settings permanently removes the account, photos, and results.

ShePoses is built by Abraham Richard (in-app founder badge: Richard). The App Store seller is Abraham Richard. Questions go to support@sheposes.app.
Plans
Subscription is required. Billing is through the App Store. Eligible new subscribers get 3 days free on Annual, then the regular yearly price. Your storefront may show local currency.
